ADOPTED
A gentle spirit with her fluffy white coat, Emmi is a Japanese Spitz who’s ready for a fresh start.
She arrived in care in Ireland with no chip, no history, and no one searching for her.
It quickly became clear that life hadn’t treated her well.
Poor Emmi was deeply unsure of people and terrified of being on a lead.
The reasons may be unknown, but her fear was very real.
With time, kindness, and patience, Emmi has started to blossom.
She’s learning that humans can be safe and kind, and she now seeks out affection and connection.
She absolutely lights up around other dogs and would do best in a home with a canine companion to help guide her.
Her progress so far has been incredible, but she’ll need a home that can continue to build her confidence slowly, with gentle encouragement.
She’s still learning and will need someone who understands that trust takes time.
