Roscoe

Hi, my name is Roscoe!

I’m 11 weeks old and I haven’t had the easiest start to life, but things are looking up.

I’ve been rescued and I’m now living with a lovely foster family who are helping me grow strong and confident.

They give me a small daily medication to help with my weight, plus lots of yummy training treats (which I get very excited about!).

I’ve already learned “sit” and “stay,” and I’m almost fully toilet trained, just a few accidents here and there.

I sleep soundly through the night from about 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. in my comfy bed in the kitchen, usually with Alexa playing softly in the background.

I think I’d love another doggy friend to play with, but I’m also happy getting all the love for myself. I do get a bit nippy when I’m excited (what puppy doesn’t?), but I’m learning quickly.

I love my toys, my cozy blanket, and all the cuddles I can get.

I’ve just discovered how fun the garden is, and I can’t wait for summer.

I don’t mind my crate, though I prefer when the door stays open.

I’ll be having my final vaccinations in a couple of weeks, and then I’ll be ready for my forever home.

I can’t wait to find a family of my very own who will love me just the way I am.

Please help baby Rosco

This is a desperate plea for little Roscoe.

He is only 11 weeks old and already suffering.

His tiny legs are twisted and deformed from severe malnutrition.

He has spent every moment of his short life locked away in a room or crate, starved of food, love and sunlight.

He should be playing and learning about the world, but instead he is struggling just to stand.

He is thin and weak, but there is hope.

With the right food and care, he can recover and grow strong.

We have seen it happen before and have witnessed remarkable turnarounds with EU dogs who have suffered in similar ways.
