Update on George

We wanted to share an update with all of our supporters and followers regarding our recent plea to help raise funds for our rescue George.
First and foremost we want to say thank you.
Your kindness, donations, shares, and messages have meant more than we can put into words.
Because of you, George is beginning to get the care he so desperately needs.
At the moment, we are still waiting on the results of his skin scrapes and ear swabs.
Vet bills have already reached around £1,200,
and we know this is only the beginning of his journey.
There is some cautious but welcome progress:
George’s skin is looking better since moving onto a natural diet, along with pre- and probiotics and regular medicated baths.
His skin is still paper-thin and extremely fragile. We are hopeful we’re starting to see signs of new skin forming, and possibly new fur growth soon.
His ears have also shown improvement:
He’s been having Hibiscrub ear washes, fold washing, and regular cleaning.
They were previously filled with green pus, blood, and severe infection, but thankfully they are now looking much better than they were.
That said, George still has a long road ahead. We urgently need to continue raising funds to cover:
• Ongoing veterinary treatment
• Follow-up medications
• Special shampoos and ear treatments
• Natural wipes, supplements, and supportive car
Every single donation, no matter how small, is helping George heal and move closer to a life without pain.

EMERGENCY APPEAL FOR GEORGE
George is only 1.5 years old, and he was hours away from being killed because that would’ve been easier than taking care of him. Instead of getting him medical help, the breeder chose the unthinkable.
We stepped in and took George under our care, believing we were saving a healthy young dog.
The truth came out after he was safe.
Serious medical neglect was not disclosed and we now need to raise the funds for emergency vet care.
Through it all, George is still gentle, loving, and trusting.
No aggression. No behavioral issues. Just a dog who wants to be loved.
What George needs now:
• Urgent veterinary treatment
• Ongoing medical care
• Support from people who care about rescue dogs.
